Shipping Policy

Nationwide shipping is available. We have partnered with UPS as our exclusive carrier. Customers are able to choose the specific shipping method offered by UPS. Large orders are often consolidated into smaller boxes to save on shipping costs.

We do NOT ship to PO Boxes. If a PO box is entered as the shipping address, your order will be delayed several days before it can be shipped.

We ship Monday - Thursday. To avoid cookies sitting several days over night, we do not ship on Fridays. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday may not ship until the following Monday.

Return and Refund Policy

Products purchased are not eligible for return.

Refunds are given based on the circumstances and situation of each order and customer. Please reach out to our customer support team via email at customersupport@keksi.com to request a refund. If cookies are damaged during transit, you may be required to send pictures in order to receive a refund. Refunds must be requested either before an order is shipped or within 7 days of receiving an order.

Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Fort Worth. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
