- Mystery Selection: The cookies in your box are based solely on what’s available and may include any combination of our cookie flavors. For example, you could receive 12 of a single flavor, one of each flavor, or any mix in between. You may also receive cookies that are no longer on our menu.
- No Customization: The cookies are selected entirely at random, and specific requests cannot be accommodated.
- Allergy Notes: If you have allergies, please leave a comment when ordering, and we will do our best to avoid including nuts.
- No Refunds: These cookies are sold as-is, and refunds or exchanges will not be provided.
- Discounts: Because this is an already heavily discounted item, it it not eligible for any discounts or pomotions.

While the misfit cookies may not be as pretty, they are every bit as good! The box included eggnog (I really don't like eggnog) - this was a great cookie! Also got the Cookies n Cream Blizzard and it was amazing!

Was so happy to get the mystery box! All of the cookies in the box are super yummy. I can't wait for another opportunity to purchase another one.
I ordered my mother a Misfit Box and explained that the cookies didn't make the cut for regular sale and this box was discounted. When she got the box, she said "There's nothing wrong with these cookies, I thought they'd be like crumbs or something." She of course enjoyed them and said all of the cookies were delicious. I will be ordering the Misfit Box again.
I ordered a dozen of the Misfit Mystery Box. Clearly your quality control standards exceed mine since they looked and tasted like previous full price boxes I have purchased. My only issue was that the entire dozen cookies were all carrot cake. Fortunately, that is one of my favorite flavors, however since it was a box of "Misfit" cookies I assumed that it would be a variety and not all the same. I was hoping to have gotten some unique flavors so that I know next time if I should buy them.
This was the first time I was able to purchase a Misfit Mystery Box and I wasn't disappointed. I love all the flavors of cookies and I'm a chocoholic. My mystery box was full of brownies..with lots of chocolate chips. I was in heaven. I definitely recommend the mystery box.
