When will my order ship?

Orders typically go out within 1–3 business days, depending on volume. Usually faster… unless everyone else had the same idea as you (which happens). We ship Monday through Thursday to help avoid your cookies sitting in transit over the weekend.
Can I return my order?

Because our cookies are perishable and made to order, we do not accept returns. If something arrives wrong or there’s an issue with your order, reach out—we’ll always make it right.
Freshness & Storage

All our cookies our frozen before they ship and are individually wrapped and sealed to help maintain freshness during transit.

Cookies can be stored in the fridge for about a week and up to 3 months in the freezer.

Disappointed

I try and support small businesses as much as possible and have been sending Kelsi cookies out to all of my family members for about a year now, but I finally ordered some for myself because I was excited about the Halloween box. They are good, but arrived broken and didn't appear to be very fresh despite the fact that I used suggested shipping methods. They just didn't live up to the hype. Thanks for taking the time to read this review.

Great Keksi Quality

Since the middle of summer my family has enjoyed Keksi Cookies. The Halloween cookie box did not disappoint, and we loved the Halloween cards. Looking forward to the Christmas cookies !

As soon as Pat announced the Halloween box on his radio program, I bought 2 boxes. My wife was being induced into labor with our 3rd child, so I knew I needed sweet treats in the house. Once I come out of my Wilford Brimley-esque sugar coma, I'm grabbing another Keksi!
