Orders typically go out within 1–3 business days, depending on volume. Usually faster… unless everyone else had the same idea as you (which happens). We ship Monday through Thursday to help avoid your cookies sitting in transit over the weekend.
Can I return my order?

Because our cookies are perishable and made to order, we do not accept returns. If something arrives wrong or there’s an issue with your order, reach out—we’ll always make it right.
Freshness & Storage

All our cookies our frozen before they ship and are individually wrapped and sealed to help maintain freshness during transit.

Cookies can be stored in the fridge for about a week and up to 3 months in the freezer.

I have ordered from Pat Gray’s (from the blaze) cookie company numerous times. Each time, I have to let them know their cookies arrive melted or damaged. I cannot believe they do not have the packaging down by now. It is so frustrating. They sent the Halloween box of cookies to Arizona. We purchased the Halloween box as a gift for a friend and every single cookie arrived smooshed or completely melted. No ice packs no dry ice. Especially to Arizona. There is absolutely no quality control with Pat‘s wife.

Scary Yummy sums it up! Every bite of these cookies is a special treat (no need to heat them up in my opinion) & of course the box is super cute! Disappointed

I try and support small businesses as much as possible and have been sending Kelsi cookies out to all of my family members for about a year now, but I finally ordered some for myself because I was excited about the Halloween box. They are good, but arrived broken and didn't appear to be very fresh despite the fact that I used suggested shipping methods. They just didn't live up to the hype.
